• once you checkout with payment of the selected products of your order it is immediately sent to process.
• it takes us a maximum of 3 days for the order to be processed and is dispatched from our end which then takes 3 to 7 working days to be delivered.
• After the package is dispatched from our end the tracking number of the order package is uploaded on the website of the concerned shipping company.
• Corrugated boxes and bubble wraps are used for packaging of products to ensure scratch-free and safe delivery.
• For our products that are carved out of iron and similar metals we use oil coating to keep them rust-free.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the package.
• the customer will have to bear the shipping charges for the return.
• in case of damaged delivery, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
