How and when I can return an item?

You can return the item within 14 days after receiving the item and Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, Return should be made directly to Production house that is in India.
Before returning the item buyer should contact our team to investigate on the problem, returning to international countries itself a problem so direct return would not be accepted.
